Role Description

We are looking for individuals with knowledge or initial experience in SAP Basis to join our Technology teams.

The position will provide opportunities to participate in initiatives related to the administration, support, and operation of SAP environments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and contributing to the stability, availability, and continuous improvement of the platforms.

You will work alongside specialists from different geographies, gaining experience in SAP technologies, operations, infrastructure, and cloud environments, with ample opportunities for learning and professional development.

Main Challenges

• Participate in activities related to SAP environments.
• Collaborate in monitoring and support tasks for SAP platforms.
• Contribute to the continuity and availability of systems.
• Participate in operational and maintenance activities of SAP environments.
• Provide support in the administration and operation of SAP platforms.
• Collaborate in activities for updating, maintaining, and improving SAP environments.
• Participate in the resolution of incidents and technical requirements.
• Work with different teams to support business needs.
• Collaborate with local and global teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Gain knowledge in cloud technologies and next-generation SAP solutions.

Required Skills

• SAP Basis
• Knowledge of SAP environment administration and support.
• Intermediate/advanced English (oral and written).

Requirements

• Knowledge of SAP Basis.
• Experience or knowledge in SAP platform support and administration.
• Interest in professional development within the SAP ecosystem.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate/advanced English (oral and written).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of infrastructure and operating systems associated with SAP platforms.
• Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• ITIL or IT Service Management knowledge.
• Previous experience in technical support, infrastructure, or system administration roles.
• Experience working with global or multicultural teams.
