Joining us as a SAP Business Analyst (Success Factors), you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled engineering team working within large-scale transformation projects/products for the growing EU Sector business units of Netcompany.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Business Analysis activities, selecting appropriate approaches and elicitation methods for SAP SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements
• Analyse, model and redesign as-is/to-be business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and support process automation through executable workflows
• Lead stakeholder analysis, engagement and elicitation activities, including workshops and requirements-gathering sessions
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, detailed specifications, and business rules for Product Owners and delivery teams
• Lead complex BA changes across Epics and product features, coordinating BA activities and ensuring alignment with SAP SuccessFactors capabilities
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
• Challenge stakeholder requirements by assessing business value, costs, benefits, priorities and strategic alignment

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience; IIBA or equivalent certification is an advantage
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is essential for this role
• Experience in business process modelling (BPMN 2.0), analysis, optimization, and redesign, including process simulation and bottleneck identification
• 5+ years of experience in SAP Success Factors
• Fluency in English
• Experience in Business Architecture, capability modelling, value stream mapping, and developing business roadmaps (TOGAF and BizBOK knowledge preferred) would be an advantage
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications, including business rules, APIs, data models, and integration concepts (Drools/DMN experience valued)
• Strong background in Agile frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and leading elicitation activities across multiple stakeholder groups
• Hands-on experience with BPM and workflow platforms (Camunda, IBM BPM, Appian, or Bizagi) and business process automation
• Senior-level Business Analysis experience with the ability to lead BA teams, mentor junior BAs, and independently manage complex BA initiatives
