About the Position
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic SAP Consultant to join our team. In this position, you will play a key part in delivering reliable SAP solutions that underpin business operations within complex enterprise landscapes. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure the effective execution of functional support activities and foster ongoing improvements across essential business processes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver functional support across SAP modules to keep daily business operations running smoothly
- Investigate and resolve incidents while upholding service quality and meeting established service level commitments
- Collect and record business requirements, converting them into workable SAP solutions
- Partner with technical teams to design, implement, and verify functional enhancements
- Carry out root cause analysis to uncover recurring issues and recommend lasting improvements
- Support change management efforts, including impact evaluation and coordination with end users
- Execute unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure solution quality and reliability
- Work closely with key users and business stakeholders to align SAP solutions with operational demands
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by embracing modern tools and industry best practices to boost efficiency
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of applicable professional experience focused on functional support, Application Management Services (AMS), incident management, and continuous improvement of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes within SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments
- Practical background in ticket handling, incident investigation and resolution, requirements gathering, change management, enhancement support, root cause analysis (RCA), and SLA monitoring, working side by side with key users and business units
- Strong command of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), together with functional expertise in SAP Transportation Management (TM), covering transportation planning, execution, and monitoring processes, distribution logistics, load management, transport orders, and integration with commercial and logistics workflows
- Capability to prepare functional specifications, coordinate development activities with technical teams, execute unit and integration testing, validate interfaces, and ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and external systems
- Solid communication skills, strong customer orientation, and problem-solving abilities, along with experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance operational efficiency and incident resolution
- Proficient English skills, both written and spoken, at a B2+ level or higher
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with SAP-SD Sales Support functionality, including managing sales inquiries, complaints, returns, and post-sales tasks to reinforce customer service processes
