About the Position
An independent Ukrainian consulting company that has specialized in the implementation and support of SAP solutions in the main areas of food industry, pharmaceuticals, distribution, and retail since 2022, with implemented projects for pharmaceutical production and a national chain of shoe stores, is looking for a SAP FI Team Lead in Kyiv for full-cycle implementation projects.
Responsibilities
- Leading a team of SAP FI consultants
- Participation in the full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project
- Analysis and modeling of the client’s financial business processes, preparation of functional specifications
- Interaction with the FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, ABAP teams to coordinate integrations
- Ensuring the quality of solutions and adherence to SAP best practices
- Communication with business customers, participation in workshops, presentations, UAT sessions
- Knowledge Management support – documenting solutions and transferring knowledge to the team
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience as a SAP FI consultant
- More than 1 year as a Team Lead / Senior Consultant
- Participation in at least one End-to-End Implementation project
- Deep understanding of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Statement, and Outgoing Payments processes
- Experience in integration with CO, MM, SD
- Knowledge of SAP Best Practices, Fit-to-Standard approach
- Knowledge of SAP Group Reporting, Central Finance, or Embedded Analytics will be an advantage
- SAP FI certification will be an advantage
- Experience working with clients in a consulting format, strong facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience in coordinating cross-module solutions or pre-sales activities will be an advantage
- English – upper-intermediate
