About the Position
We are looking for an SAP GRC Consultant to help strengthen SAP security and governance by delivering high-quality solutions that meet operational and security standards. You will lead design-to-production activities, guide change and lifecycle practices, and coach team members to improve delivery quality-apply now to make an impact.
Responsibilities
- Design SAP GRC and SAP security solutions based on functional and design analysis documents
- Develop and implement secure solutions aligned with development, operations, and security standards
- Ensure delivery meets agreed timelines and budgets while maintaining high quality
- Provide level 3 production support for delivered applications
- Build change management and lifecycle management policies and procedures
- Define and enforce development standards and reusable templates for delivery teams
- Control deliverables through reviews and quality checks to ensure compliance and stability
- Coach team members and provide technical guidance to improve outcomes
- Share best practices with the team and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- 4+ years SAP security and SAP GRC experience
- Experience leading and mentoring team members in delivery execution
- Project delivery experience with planning, scope, and budget ownership
- Strong cybersecurity knowledge with focus on access risk and controls
- Strong SAP change management and lifecycle management knowledge
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
