About the Position

SAP HCM AMS Consultant (m/f/d)

q.beyond Romania S.R.L. is seeking a dedicated SAP HCM AMS Consultant (m/f/d) to join our team in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. As a leading IT partner for SMEs, we focus on solving technological challenges and enhancing business value through sovereign IT solutions and certified AI data centers.

Responsibilities

• Process-oriented application management support for clients in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM)
• Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, and Monitoring tasks
• Support for rollouts, upgrades, and system enhancements
• Collaboration with adjacent SAP modules (e.g., Fi/Co)
• Support of the team during contracted service hours
• Documentation and quality assurance

Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the SAP HCM environment
• Industry experience in Retail/Wholesale, Production, or Consumer Goods is a plus
• Solid knowledge of ITIL and AMS processes
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors or H4S4)
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
