About the Position

It offers comprehensive consulting services, audits, pre-implementation analyses and training, carrying out projects both in Poland and abroad. As a certified SAP Partner, the company guarantees the high quality of its services, supported by a qualified team of consultants and developers with many years of experience. A management structure based on experienced specialists and a HelpDesk ticketing system enables the company to respond effectively to client needs. We are currently seeking IT specialists to participate in SAP system implementation projects, offering the opportunity to work on innovative solutions within a rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities

• Future Design: You will actively participate in development projects and configuration of the SAP HCM module, adapting the system to the latest business trends.
• Customer Partnership: You will become an advisor to our partners, helping them optimize HR processes through support and handling of requests (Help Desk).
• Product Influence: Your ideas will be significant in implementing innovative extensions and new system functionalities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with SAP HCM module PY
• Skills in building relationships and clearly communicating technical complexities in an understandable way
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of ABAP language (debugging errors)
