About the Position
We are seeking an expert leader to combine strategic people management with a strong background in SAP Logistics (SCM). If you currently hold a role such as Head of Unit, Practice Head, or CoE Lead and are looking to drive business development and manage key client relationships-we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of SAP experts providing direction and overseeing all SAP Logistics operations
- Build, lead, and nurture high-performance SAP Logistics teams across global locations
- Lead and support Employee Lifecycle hiring, staffing, utilization, performance, promotion, compensation
- Drive global strategic initiatives contributing to the growth of the discipline
- Craft proposals and prepare statements of work for SAP projects, collaborating closely with IT teams and business stakeholders
- Handle direct customer relations on the matters of delivery team performance and project timelines and schedules
- Maintain expert-level knowledge in SAP Logistics ensuring adherence to best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 7 years of proven experience in SAP Logistics leadership experience with a proven track record of leading complex projects in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success in multiple large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects with direct experience in customer-facing roles
- Outstanding leadership skills accompanied by first-rate communication and interpersonal abilities and a forward-thinking approach to technological innovation
- Fluency in English (B2+ level or higher)
