About the Position
We are looking for a SAP MM / SD Consulting Team Lead to join our SAP Logistics (SCM) team in Croatia. This is a hybrid role where you will collaborate with internal and third-party teams focused on O2C and P2P solutions in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
Responsibilities
- Provide applications expertise and knowledge to the business and other Global IT functions for designing, developing, and integrating IT solutions within designated applications areas like SAP and its integration with non-SAP systems.
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of application changes to meet specifications, timelines, and budgets while working in a Kanban setup.
- Ensure enhancements in the O2C/P2P areas align with client Principles, Patterns, and Standards.
- Create formal design materials such as design documents and specifications to support the solution-building process.
- Communicate the relationship between business processes and application functionalities during change initiatives.
- Build effective working relationships with external partners and their consultants to maximize the benefits for the business.
- Offer expertise to the Applications Support Manager to meet agreed service levels, including formal handovers of newly developed solutions to the Support Organization.
- Keep updated on external developments in your applications area to propose future opportunities for business enhancement.
- Support the development of strategies, standards, policies, and procedures within your area of specialization.
Requirements
- Background in 2+ modules or applications of the target system.
- Understanding of programming languages connected to relevant modules or applications.
- Qualifications in SAP Modules like MM/SD.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
- 6+ years of consulting experience in SAP O2C or P2P.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Proven ability to deliver successful SAP technical functional changes in a global context.
- Capability to interpret business requirements and align them with packaged solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Efficient communication and negotiation ability.
- Outstanding written English skills.
- Strong influencing capabilities.
- Track record of delivering SAP solutions in the O2C or P2P areas with participation in at least three full-cycle SAP projects, involving all stages from design to deployment.
- Understanding of Quote to Cash business processes.
