About the Position
We are looking for a SAP MM/SD Consulting Team Lead to join our team in Türkiye on a hybrid basis. If you are curious, persistent, logical, and clever, and have a technical vision for a particular solution, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You will work with internal and third-party teams with a focus on O2C and P2P.
The purpose of the project is to define and deliver O2C and P2P solutions in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. This includes responsibility for functional/technical specifications, configuration, and unit testing. Delivery of appropriate functional documentation and knowledge transfer to the support teams will be required. You will be working with people from all levels of IT and business, which will require a proactive demeanor.
This is an excellent opportunity to get involved in projects from requirements gathering & gap analysis to training, testing, and data activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide application expertise and knowledge for the design, development, and integration of SAP and non-SAP solutions
- Assist in planning and manage the delivery of application changes within a Kanban environment to ensure quality and timely outcomes
- Ensure enhancements in O2C and P2P align with the organization’s Principles, Patterns, and Standards
- Produce formal design documentation and specifications to guide the building process of new solutions
- Clearly articulate the relationship between business processes and application functionality during change activities
- Build strong relationships with external partners and consultants to maximize business benefits
- Offer expertise to the Applications Support Manager, ensuring agreed service levels are met, and manage the smooth handover of completed solutions to the Support Organization
- Stay updated on external developments in SAP applications to inform business stakeholders of future opportunities
- Support the creation and refinement of strategies, standards, and policies in your expertise area
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in SAP O2C or P2P consulting roles
- Knowledge of 2+ modules or applications within SAP
- Proven track record of delivering SAP O2C or P2P applications, with a minimum of three full-cycle SAP project deployments
- Understanding of programming languages associated with SAP MM/SD modules
- SAP Certification in MM/SD or relevant modules
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Expertise in ERP systems and delivering SAP technical and functional changes for global companies
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into packaged SAP solutions
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Excellent written English and effective communication skills
