About the Position
SAP Specialist
We are seeking an SAP IS-U EDM/REN Consultant to join our team in Brazil. The objective of this role is to work directly on the design, parameterization, and validation of metering rules, as well as the identification of irregularities and calculations of unbilled consumption. This professional must possess solid technical knowledge to translate business needs into effective system configurations, ensuring that processes comply with current regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure metering rules within the SAP IS-U environment to support accurate consumption tracking
- Validate parameterized settings to ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements
- Identify irregularities in metering data and support the resolution of related issues
- Calculate unbilled consumption values to support accurate billing processes
- Analyze metering data and profiles to detect inconsistencies or deviations
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective system configurations
- Support testing and validation cycles to ensure configured solutions perform as expected
- Document configurations, rules, and processes to support knowledge sharing and maintain traceability
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of applicable professional experience
- Experience with SAP IS-U EDM, with a practical focus on metering monitoring and mass memory profile analysis
- Proficiency in Calculation Scheme, including solid knowledge of tariffs, RTP, and variants
- Understanding of Commercial Losses, including knowledge of fraud and measurement error identification flows
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including ANEEL Resolution
- Strong written and spoken proficiency in English and Spanish at a B2 level or higher
