Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced SAP Support Consultant to join a global team supporting a complex enterprise landscape for a leading manufacturer of office equipment and digital solutions.

In this role, you will focus primarily on SAP Sales (SD/MM) support within an SAP ECC environment, working as part of a broader team covering Salesforce CRM and other SAP ERP domains.

You will play a key role in ensuring stable operations, continuous improvements, and effective collaboration with business stakeholders.

Location: Toronto area, Canada (hybrid – ideally 3 days/week in office, but discussable)

Employment Type: Full-time, long-term.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 support for SAP ECC, primarily in Sales (SD) and Logistics (MM) areas
  • Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and root causes across O2C processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting Salesforce CRM, SAP FI/CO, and SAP BW
  • Ensure smooth integration between SAP ECC and Salesforce CRM
  • Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including coordination with finance teams
  • Perform minor enhancements, configuration changes, and testing activities
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization
  • Communicate effectively with business users in English and provide user support

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC, with focus on SD and basic knowledge of MM
  • Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
  • Working knowledge of FI/CO integration points (billing, revenue recognition, AR)
  • Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM system (integration or business process level)
  • Basic understanding of SAP BW / reporting concepts
  • Experience in application support (L2/L3) in enterprise environments
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication skills in English

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SAP-Salesforce integration scenarios
  • Knowledge of IDocs, APIs, or middleware (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP Integration Suite or MuleSoft)
  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution industries
