About the Position
We have an exciting opportunity with one of our clients, a large international pharmaceutical organization, and we are looking for a talented SAP System Architect to join their global ERP & Business Solutions team.
The role focuses on SAP S/4HANA architecture within the areas of Asset Management, Investment Management, and Leasing, combining technical architecture, stakeholder management, and strategic technology planning.
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Salary: Up to 260 PLN/hour
Start: As soon as possible
Contract: B2B / long-term contract

Responsibilities
- Design and guide maintainable, standardized solutions within SAP S/4HANA landscape
- Craft data architectures and drive complex integrations with developers
- Act as technical advisor, evaluating business requests to balance business goals with IT stability
- Mentor and coach an agile team of consultants and developers in clean-code principles and architectural design
- Lead architectural reviews, design discussions, and provide continuous feedback
- Partner with Global Business teams, Business Value Stream Leads, and Product Owners to translate requirements into SAP S/4HANA proposals
- Ensure regulatory governance and compliance (GxP, GDPR, FDA, EMA, CSV) embedded into architectural lifecycle
- Drive delivery of reusable, discoverable, and well-governed Data Products
- Shape long-term technical vision and roadmap for Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management domain
- Evaluate new technologies, integration frameworks, and SAP S/4HANA ecosystem enhancements to prevent technical debt
Requirements
- Proven senior-level experience as a Solution Architect (or similar lead role) within SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Deep domain expertise in Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management
- Practical experience in regulated environments (e.g., Pharma, Biotech) with exposure to GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV), and GDPR
- Fluent in business English
- Working knowledge of Agile, SAFe, Jira, ServiceNow, integration/middleware patterns, and onsite-offshore collaboration models
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration
