About the Role

We’re seeking a confident, capable, and collaborative Senior Business Analyst who has active Security Clearance with strong Agile experience and a track record of mentoring others. You’ll be a self-starter who can hit the ground running while building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Active Security Clearance
5+ years in business analysis roles with strong Agile delivery experience
Proven experience coaching and mentoring junior team members
Hands-on delivery within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
Ability to lead workshops and drive prioritisation with business and technical teams
Strong documentation skills across process mapping, requirements, and user stories
Understanding of AI, automation, or emerging technologies and their application to business problems.
Comfortable delivering under pressure in dynamic environments
Experience with both business and system-level analysis
Familiarity with change impact assessment and adoption planning
