About the Position

We are currently seeking a Scrum Master for our client, an international software company leading projects in the finance and automotive sectors, based in Lublin, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Leading teams according to the Scrum methodology;
• Moderating Scrum meetings, planning reviews and retrospectives;
• Implementing solutions to increase team efficiency and product quality;
• Removing obstacles that hinder team progress;

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Higher education;
• Very good knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban,...);
• Previous experience in software development or project management is an advantage;
• Empathy and ability to handle difficulties;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Very good knowledge of English;
• Interest in the areas of security and artificial intelligence is welcome;
