About the Position
We are currently seeking a Scrum Master for one of our clients, an international technology company and one of the leading integration firms. The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in supporting our software development team in Warsaw, Poland.
Responsibilities
- Support the project team in the role of Scrum Master within the software production process.
- Assist in the self-organization of the team and provide consultancy on the application of agile methodologies.
- Implement methods and solutions that will increase the efficiency of team work and the quality of the produced solutions.
- Moderate meetings within the Scrum methodology.
- Ensure the application of the Scrum methodology by both the development teams and the Product Owner.
Requirements
- Higher education, ideally in Computer Science or related fields, but not mandatory.
- Professional Scrum Master (I) certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a development team and at least 1 year in the role of Scrum Master.
- Knowledge of methodologies and processes related to software production and practical experience with Jira or other tools supporting team work.
- Ability to conduct training and workshops on Scrum methodology and knowledge of Lean Software Development is a plus.
