Scrum Master

About the Position

We are currently seeking a Scrum Master for our client, a software company providing products and services to various companies in selected sectors of the economy and the public sector. The role is based in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Participation in IT projects related to software production;
• Supporting team self-organization and training in agile practices;
• Ensuring team effectiveness and solving emerging problems;
• Moderating scrum meetings;
• Close collaboration with the Development Team and Product Owner;

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master and at least 3 years of membership in a development team;
• Higher education diploma (IT-related fields are preferred);
• Professional Scrum Master (I) certification;
• Knowledge of Jira or other tools supporting Scrum team work;

Nice to Have

• Experience in conducting Scrum training and workshops;
• Professional Scrum Master (II) certification;
• Experience with Lean Software Development;
