About the Position

We are currently seeking a Scrum Master for our client, an international company in the FinTech sector, located in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Participation in IT projects related to software development as a Scrum Master;
• Coaching and supporting the team's work and monitoring progress;
• Implementing solutions that increase team efficiency and product quality;
• Organizing and planning the flow of Scrum meetings;
• Removing obstacles that hinder team progress;
• Overseeing the application of processes and principles in accordance with the Scrum methodology;

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master;
• Practical experience working in development teams as a team member;
• Knowledge of software production processes and methodologies;
• Higher education;
• Very good knowledge of English;
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to think analytically;
• Proactive approach to work;
• Interest in new technologies;
