Responsibilities

As part of our Blue Team within our SOC, you will participate in identifying abnormal behaviors or vulnerabilities to protect our clients' information systems.

🤓 Your missions:

Detect, investigate, and qualify security incidents
Report confirmed security incidents to clients with remediation elements
Support a portfolio of clients in protecting their information systems by identifying abnormal behaviors
Develop and propose a remediation plan adapted to your client's context and business risks
Inform clients of detected elements
Participate in improving the detection techniques and rules of our SOC and thus contribute to the evolution of a differentiating product on the cybersecurity market
Enrich your analyses through correlation between different technologies: SIEM, EDR, network equipment, Active Directory, OpenSearch.
Write technical documentation
Play an essential role in the operational continuity of the SOC 24/7 and in the relay of information between Europe, Canada, and Tahiti

The mySOC algorithms detect weak signals: their analysis is in your hands.
To thwart the most sophisticated attacks, you interact with the N3 experts of mySOC and the Build team.
You inform the Product team of the evolutions to be integrated into the analysis and incident reporting tools.
The operational security team of one of your clients must analyze a security incident: you guide them and share all your advice.
You recommend what operations to perform at a client's CISO who must react to an incident.

Requirements

🤩 Is this job for you?

Languages: French required, technical English (written/oral)
Skills: Knowledge or mastery of the fundamental principles of the following technologies: EDR, SIEM Microsoft Sentinel, Active Directory, network equipment (Firewalls, IPS/IDS), OpenSearch, Cloud
Autonomy: Managing alerts, distinguishing between true positives and false positives
Multitasking: Working with many clients simultaneously from our SOC
Reactivity: Always on the lookout for any attack, you like to be reactive
Advisory: You analyze and then explain your action plans to your client, accompanying them with attention
Innovation: Innovation is important to you: what you see daily allows you to improve defense systems, notably through the definition of detection rules
Growth: You want to evolve! If you start in the Build function with the implementation of SOC at the client, you are also ready to become a reference on particular technologies, or even to evolve towards other professions
