About the Role

Your Role as Security Architect at Quality

How do you ensure that our clients can always count on a stable, secure, and future-proof network?

As a Security Architect at Quality, you are the strategic force behind robust and future-proof security architectures. You translate security requirements and business objectives into concrete architectures that protect organizations against cyber threats. You work closely with technical teams and management to ensure that security solutions have both strategic and operational impact.

A Glimpse into Your Daily Activities

In your role, you directly contribute to the success of our clients. You are involved in:

• Mapping and translating the security requirements of stakeholders into strategic security architectures.
• Developing business requirements analyses and converting them into technical architectures, roadmaps, and high-level designs (HLDs).
• Preparing GAP analyses and decision papers to ensure that security choices are well-founded.
• Presenting and disseminating security architectures within the organization and to stakeholders from design offices/partnerships.
• Guiding and directing security consultants to ensure effective implementation of security strategies.
• Providing advice on "Working with Architecture" to make security a structural part of the business strategy.

Requirements

What You Bring

You are an experienced security architect with a sharp strategic insight and in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity and IT architecture. You also have:

• A completed HBO or WO degree in Computer Science or a similar field and at least 4 years of experience as a Security Architect in complex environments.
• Certification in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security, NSE7, or PCNSE).
• Experience with SOC, SIEM, SOAR, CASB, and Threat Intelligence and knowledge of how to implement these.
• Ability to design new and existing IT security solutions that align with strategic business goals.
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or SABSA (preferred).

• A fixed contract for a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• A competitive salary based on your knowledge and experience, starting at € 5.500.
