ELEKS is looking for a Security Test Manager in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall security testing strategy and align it with enterprise security goals
• Establish quality gates and ensure consistent security testing standards across all teams
• Bridge QA and Security teams, driving alignment and integration of security testing practices
• Mentor and coach QA and engineering teams on secure testing principles and best practices
• Oversee technical activities such as penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and SAST/DAST efforts
• Identify, prioritize, and communicate risks, providing clear, actionable insights to stakeholders
• Promote knowledge sharing and incident prevention through strong governance and quality controls
• Report key metrics and trends to support continuous improvement in security testing maturity

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Security Test Manager
• Proven experience in security testing, QA leadership, or security test management roles
• Strong knowledge of application security principles, including OWASP Top 10 and SANS 25
• Experience with SAST, DAST, IAST, and security testing tools
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and modern CI/CD environments
• Ability to mentor QA engineers and promote security testing literacy across teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
