About the Position
タレントマネージャー(seju)
We are looking for a Talent Manager for seju in Tokyo, responsible for talent support, media research, and promotional activities.

Responsibilities
- プロダクション「seju」の運用: Oversee the operations of the seju production.
- 所属のタレントマネジメント: Manage the talents affiliated with seju.
- 所属タレントのプロデュースプラン立案と実施: Plan and implement production plans for affiliated talents.
- 新人発掘 / プロデュース: Discover and produce new talents.
- マスメディア、広告代理店等への営業: Conduct promotional and sales activities with mass media, advertising agencies, etc.
- SNSマーケティング: Manage social media marketing.
Requirements

必須条件:
- 何かしらの顧客折衝経験: Experience in customer communication.
- 芸能事務所 / 広告代理店 / SNSマーケティング会社での勤務経験が２年以上の方: At least 2 years of experience in entertainment agencies, advertising agencies, or SNS marketing companies.
- 高い成長意欲がある方: High desire for growth.

- TV / 映画 / 雑誌 / 舞台などのエンタメに造詣が深い方: Deep knowledge in entertainment such as TV, movies, magazines, and stage.
- 主要SNSの運用 / プロモーションの経験がある方（X、Instagram、YouTube、TikTok 等）: Experience in managing and promoting major SNS (X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- PCの基本的な操作ができる方（Word、Excel、PowerPoint使用経験必須）: Ability to use basic PC operations (experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required).
- SNSアカウント運用が大好きな方: Love managing SNS accounts.
- 仕事に対し、前向きに取り組むことができる方: Positive attitude towards work.
- 車の運転が得意な方: Good at driving.
- 対人関係や他社とのお付き合いに前向きな方: Positive attitude towards interpersonal relationships and dealings with other companies.
