About the Position

Gladstone Media is a high-profile, full-service real estate marketing agency with offices in Miami, Toronto, Lisbon, Istanbul, and Dubai. We are a global creative agency specializing in luxury real estate branding, launch strategy, immersive sales environments, and cinematic marketing campaigns.

Within our structure, we operate a world-class in-house 3D visualization department that supports our global branding and marketing initiatives. We are currently seeking a Senior 3D Artist (Remote) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Produce premium interior and exterior architectural renderings
• Develop mood, lighting, and atmosphere aligned with brand positioning
• Interpret architectural drawings, design intent, and marketing narratives
• Execute advanced post-production in Photoshop
• Work closely with art directors and modeling teams
• Elevate projects creatively while maintaining technical precision
• Manage deadlines across multiple high-profile developments

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in architectural visualization
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end, photorealistic work
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max
• Expertise in V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer
• Strong post-production skills in Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with Forest Pack and RailClone (iToo Software)
• Deep understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and photography
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to take creative direction and collaborate globally
• Experience working on luxury real estate projects is highly preferred
