About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager with a strong background in account management and customer service to join our team in Cyprus and the United Kingdom. Our ideal candidate has demonstrated exceptional communication skills in both English and French.

Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and build relationships in the dynamic iGaming industry
Manage portfolios, increase sales, and conduct recruitment in the UK
Create structured training programs as a Customer Service Trainer

Requirements

Strong background in account management and customer service
Exceptional communication skills in English and French
Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus
