About the Position

We're seeking a Senior Accountant for a contract role in New York, NY, specializing in NetSuite ERP for a global restaurant group.

Responsibilities

  • Own bank reconciliation processes across the business, leveraging NetSuite's Bank Reconciliation Module
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment
  • Partner closely with the Corporate Controller and CFO on day-to-day accounting operations
  • Maintain reconciliation workflows and flag discrepancies proactively
  • Support the wider finance team through the contract period with minimal ramp-up time

Requirements

  • Hands-on NetSuite experience, ideally including the Bank Reconciliation Module - candidates with FloQast or equivalent bank rec experience will also be considered
  • Significant and demonstrable bank reconciliation background
  • Available to work fully onsite in New York City, 5 days per week
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship; no relocation support available
