Senior Accounts Executive

About the Position

Programmers.IO is currently looking to hire a Senior Accounts Executive on a full-time basis in Jaipur, India. If you are an experienced accounting expert with 4 to 6 years of experience and are willing to work from Jaipur, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of accounting
• Must know Journal entries and Bookkeeping
• Verify all accounts entries and correct irregularities if any
• Manage all phases of accounts payable, receivable, petty cash, general ledger, payroll, and utilities
• Prepare regular reports and summaries of all accounting aspects of the company
• Handle cases for EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, NPS, Meal Wallet
• Assisting in finalization of accounts with schedule annexures
• TDS proper deduction and timely deposit of tax
• Employees Taxation and Payroll processing
• Manage workload and activities independently
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken
• Excellent time management to ensure timely delivery

Requirements

• Qualification: CA Fresher/CA intermediate/MBA-Finance/CA
• 4 to 6 years of experience
• Knowledge of GST, Eway Bill, TDS, Tally, MS EXCEL, MS Word, etc.
• Experience related to Direct & Indirect Taxes
• All compliances relating to Indian direct taxes
• Candidates should have 60% above throughout their academics
• Ability to learn things fast

Skills and Knowledge

• CA - fresher, EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, NPS, Meal Wallet, GST, Eway Bill, TDS, Tally, MS EXCEL, MS Word, etc.
• Accounting, bookkeeping
