Affiliate Recruitment & Relationship Management
- Identify, outreach, and onboard high-quality affiliates matching each operator's target GEO and vertical.

- Negotiate CPA rates, RevShare deals, and hybrid structures on behalf of operators within approved guidelines.
- Run regular check-ins with top-performing affiliates; identify upsell and cross-program opportunities.
- Maintain an updated affiliate pipeline per client, track deal status, and conversion from outreach to activation.
-
Operational Excellence & Compliance

- Document processes and best practices for team knowledge base.
- Participate in team calls, contribute to pricing decisions, and provide product feedback for PMA development.
