About the Position
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with.NET to join our team focused on developing AI agents along with the backend and frontend for related applications. With 20+ agents launched, we accelerate innovation across critical industries. You'll work in a high-impact, high-autonomy environment, taking projects from concept to production.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend and full-stack applications, AI agents, and platform components
- Development of developer tooling, CI/CD, and observability for safe, fast iteration
- Application of secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Use of current LLM patterns such as RAG, retrieval, routing, tool-use, and evals to deliver reliable, efficient AI systems
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Skills in full-stack development
- Background in building AI agents with TypeScript,.NET, or Go
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proven track record delivering secure, reliable, cloud-native systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with LangChain/LangGraph, vector/RAG systems, or OpenSearch
- Expertise in ML training, deployment, and monitoring
- Understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning, and model adaptation
