About the Position
Our client is an AI-first company transforming the insurance industry through modern software and AI-powered tools. The team builds and launches products quickly, working directly with real customers, real money, and regulated processes. We are looking for a Senior AI Product Manager who combines strong insurance industry expertise with hands-on software building skills. You will own a product area end to end, from deciding what is worth building to building, testing, and launching it, using Claude Code to turn ideas into working products.
Responsibilities
- Own a product area from idea to production.
- Identify customer and business problems worth solving.
- Build working software hands-on using Claude Code.
- Define product requirements without relying on detailed specifications.
- Test, launch, and continuously improve products.
- Work directly with customers and stakeholders.
- Make independent product and business decisions in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Product Management or a similar business/product ownership role.
- Strong insurance industry experience.
- Proven experience delivering a software product to real users.
- Hands-on experience building software with Claude Code.
- Strong business judgment and product ownership mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, low-process environment.
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have
- German language skills.
- Experience with AI-powered products.
- Experience in regulated industries.
Working Conditions
- Fully remote within Europe, with CET overlap.
- Full-time position.
- Occasional travel.
