Responsibilities
As a Senior Data & Insights Analyst at Lalamove, you will:
- Translate business questions into well-defined analytics goals, testable hypotheses, and success metrics.
- Develop and apply structured analytical frameworks (e.g., funnel analysis, segmentation, experimentation) to solve complex business problems and uncover key drivers of performance.
- Produce analytical outputs that highlight trends, anomalies, and actionable insights, enabling informed business decisions.
- Synthesize findings into concise, actionable recommendations, clearly communicating implications, risks, and trade-offs to different audiences.
- Partner with stakeholders across the company (Operations, Product, Marketing, Platform) to influence business objectives and guide data-driven decisions.
- Mentor and inspire junior analysts on the team.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of work experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, with a good understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Experience using Tableau or other BI tools for reporting and analyses.
- Python or R is a plus.
- Proven track record of leveraging data to influence decision-making.
- Good command of English (both written and oral).
