About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Analyst - Qualitative to join our team. This role involves day-to-day management of multiple qualitative research projects with minimal supervisory input.
Responsibilities
- Research Materials Design and Implementation: Responsibility for designing and implementing research materials such as recruiting screeners and discussion guides.
- Moderation and Fieldwork: Moderate or have high potential to run focus groups, conduct in-depth interviews, or other types of fieldwork.
- Report Writing and Presentation: Create impactful reports and presentations, including client recommendations, with the ability to work independently.
- Analysis and Reporting: Manage the analysis, interpretation, and reporting process to ensure the project reflects the client’s business objectives.
- Client Liaison: Ensure smooth day-to-day client liaison related to projects.
- Revenue and Productivity Targets: Achieve agreed revenue targets, quality, speed of delivery, and productivity targets.
- Team Contribution: Contribute to the overall team plan by generating revenue and/or cost savings ideas.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across functional business units to support organizational initiatives and business needs.
Requirements
- Education: BA/BS required from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in qualitative research, preferably in Finance, FMCG, healthcare, or retail sectors.
- Skills:
- Demonstrable track record in moderating focus groups, in-depth interviews, and ethnography.
- Experience with online methodologies and other innovative techniques is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Strong writing and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once, work well under pressure, and meet tight timelines.
