Senior Analyst (Quantitative Research) - Consumer Insights & Brand
- Location: Philippines

The Consulting Senior Analyst - CBI & Brand (Quantitative) supports the delivery of quantitative research projects in the Philippines, while contributing to broader initiatives across the SEA CBI& Brand Customer Success team.
This role plays a key part in executing and delivering high-quality quantitative research, including survey design, data analysis, reporting, and client consultation, to help clients understand consumers, brands, markets, and customer experiences and make data-driven business decisions.
Experience or interest in Brand Tracking, Usage, Attitude and Image Studies, Customer Experience Measurement, Segmentation, Pricing Research or Shopper Research is highly valued and contributes to deeper, more strategic insight development.
Responsibilities
Project Execution & Research Support
- Support end-to-end delivery of quantitative research studies, including questionnaire development, survey programming coordination, fieldwork briefing, table specs preparation, charting specs preparation, report preparation, and data quality checks.
- Oversee project setup including coordination with Project Management and Operations teams.
- Ensure survey execution adheres to project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Monitor fieldwork progress and identify potential risks related to sample, quotas, or data quality.
Data Analysis & Insight Generation
- Validate and analyze survey data using statistical and analytical techniques.
- Support interpretation of quantitative findings and contribute to storytelling.
- Conduct secondary research and category analysis to enrich findings as needed.
- Assist in developing client reports, dashboards, presentations, and data visualizations.
Client & Internal Stakeholder Support
- Support the preparation and delivery of client presentations, workshops, and reporting sessions.
- Participate in client briefings, project kick-offs, results presentations, and debrief discussions.
- Lead day-to-day project communication to ensure timely communication and high-quality deliverables for project stakeholders.
- Proactively consult manager on project issues and seek support as needed.
Quality, Process & Operational Excellence
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data, analyses, documentation, and project outputs.
- Follow NIQ quality standards and best practices in quantitative research execution.
- Support project tracking and workflow coordination.
- Contribute to improvements in analytical tools, reporting templates, automation, and operational processes.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and applications.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Psychology, Market Research, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience working in a similar position in Quantitative Research, Analytics, Consulting, or Consumer Insights.
- Skills:
- Familiarity with Quantitative Research methodologies such as Concept Testing, Brand Health Measurement, Usage & Attitude Studies, Customer Satisfaction, Segmentation, and Tracking Studies.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and survey research principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with statistical tools such as SPSS, Q, R, Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is an advantage.
