The Silky Coders team is responsible for IT systems and infrastructure, including in product management, sales processes, and the supply chain. With the latest technologies and tailor-made solutions, Silky Coders forms the technological foundation of the LPP Group.

Responsibilities

• Develop mobile applications for LPP brands
• Design and implement solutions for the Android platform
• Conduct technical analyses and recommend optimal solutions
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality
• Optimize and profile applications to ensure the best performance
• Create and develop unit tests
• Collaborate on the expansion of business systems supporting the e-commerce sector
• Support the team with expert knowledge and promote good programming practices

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in creating commercial applications for Android
• Very good knowledge of Kotlin
• Practical knowledge of Android SDK components
• Experience in integrating applications with REST API
• Ability to design and implement solutions based on business requirements
• Experience in optimizing and profiling applications in terms of CPU, GPU, memory, and network usage
• Practical knowledge of design patterns and UI/UX patterns
• Experience working with Git
• Willingness to share knowledge and support the development of other team members
• Interest in new mobile trends and technologies
• Polish language proficiency at C1 level and English at B2 level
• AI-powered skills: Experience with AI tools that translate into measurable time savings and quality improvements
