Senior Application Security Specialist (IAM)

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for a Senior Application Security Specialist (IAM) in Warsaw, Gdańsk, or Gdynia.
Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement, Documentation Gathering & Analysis:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand security requirements and gather necessary documentation.
- Analysis of Application Security and User Access Management:
- Conduct thorough analysis of application security and user access management processes.
- Project Support & Change Management:
- Provide support for projects and manage changes related to application security.
Requirements
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Professional Experience:
- Proven experience as an Information Security Specialist, Application Owner, or Application Manager, preferably within Identity & Access Management (IAM) or cyber security projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Good understanding of applications, transactions, and access management.
- Personal Attributes:
- Self-driven and motivated with a collaborative mindset.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
