Senior Axiom Developer

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Axiom Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our team in Pune, India, specializing in regulatory reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

Axiom Development

• Design, develop, and enhance regulatory reporting solutions using AxiomSL ControllerView (v10+).
• Configure and maintain key Axiom components, including Data Dictionaries, Data Models, Aggregations, Portfolio rules, Workflow pipelines, Report templates, and validations.
• Optimize Axiom configurations for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

APRA Regulatory Reporting

• Manage the changes in APRA regulatory reports driven by clients' internal changes or by regulatory initiatives.

Regulatory Taxonomy & Data Mapping

• Work with APRA taxonomy frameworks and regulatory data models.
• Map source system data to APRA taxonomy structures and regulatory templates.
• Maintain and update taxonomy mappings as regulatory requirements evolve.
• Ensure data lineage, traceability, and reconciliation across reporting layers.

Data Integration & Transformation

• Build and manage data ingestion pipelines.
• Perform data transformations and reconciliations to ensure regulatory accuracy.

Testing & Release Management

• Support SIT, UAT, and production releases for regulatory reporting solutions.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory reporting cycles and delivery timelines.

Requirements

Must Have

• 5+ years of experience in AxiomSL development.
• Strong expertise in Axiom ControllerView platform and associated objects.
• Good experience with Taxonomy.
• Strong SQL and database skills.
• Experience with Unix/Linux scripting (Shell/Python).
• Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Control-M.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in APRA.
• Exposure to cloud or modern data platforms is an advantage.
