Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain integrations with third-party platforms and external data sources, including web scrapers and data ingestion pipelines that underpin everything else in the product.
- Drive collaborative architectural and system level design decisions.
- Design and develop backend services and APIs to support scalable, reliable systems.
- Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability as we scale.
- Rely on and evolve our best practices for CI/CD, observability, security, etc.
- Evaluate new technologies to keep our stack on the cutting-edge of innovation.
Requirements
- Demonstrable and extensive experience in backend development with expertise in.NET and C#.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining web scrapers and third-party integrations.
- A strong experience in cloud native applications (Azure preferred), containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Agentic software development (e.g. Spec Driven Development) is your default way of developing software.
- A solid background in database technologies (SQL is a must, NoSQL is a nice to have).
- Strong commitment to quality, scalability, and security.
- Experience with Domain Driven Design and Clean Architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a team-focused environment.
