About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. In this position, you will collaborate closely with clients and development teams to gather requirements, design workflows, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality project artifacts.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document client requirements through document analysis and online workshops
- Design and update workflows using BPMN and UML state transition diagrams
- Author and update project artifacts including FDDs, ADO, User Stories, and Epics
- Design and update data models for various APIs
- Support the development team by facilitating planned and ad hoc Q&A sessions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Knowledge of BPMN and UML for workflow design and process optimization
- Expertise in authoring artifacts such as FDDs, ADO, User Stories, and Epics
- Proficiency in designing and updating data models for APIs
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for requirement gathering through workshops and document analysis
- Fluent communication skills in English at a B2 level or higher
