Senior Business Analyst – Coupa Procurement

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Procurement Solutions team within the Procurement Transformation & Governance department. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive analyses of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes and the Coupa platform, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements. You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive transformation initiatives and enhance procurement operations. Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive analysis of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes and the Coupa platform to identify optimization opportunities
• Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications
• Facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and build consensus across teams
• Developing and maintaining process maps, business workflows, and solution documentation to support system implementations
• Acting as a subject matter expert for procurement processes and providing guidance to project teams and stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in an international environment to deliver transformation initiatives
• Supporting solution design, implementation, and change management activities for successful adoption of new processes
• Contributing to testing activities, including preparing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and validating business requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven ability to lead requirement gathering and stakeholder management
• Strong expertise in the Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform and business analysis methodologies
• Demonstrated track record of delivering business transformation initiatives and driving process improvements
• Good understanding of insurance industry processes and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, bridging business and technical teams
• Professional business analysis certification such as CBAP or CCBA is highly desirable
• Advanced level of English
