About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical implementation within a complex enterprise software platform. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Customer’s stakeholders, Product Owners, Project Managers, Architects, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, QA Engineers, and DevOps specialists.

The project scope spans development and enhancement of the enterprise platform supporting security screening and data processing workflows. The solution includes workflow orchestration, image and dataset management, integrations with distributed platform components, secure data exchange mechanisms, and customer-specific operational processes. The project is delivered in a fixed-price outsourcing model for a European Customer.

Ability to go on business trips is required.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews
  • Create functional and non-functional specifications
  • Define business processes and workflows
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases
  • Support backlog management and prioritization activities
  • Perform impact and gap analysis
  • Collaborate with Architects and Engineering teams on solution design
  • Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project life cycle
  • Support UAT and customer acceptance activities

Requirements

  • Ability to go on business trips
  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience on software development projects
  • Strong experience with enterprise applications and integrations
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Experience in creating BRD, SRD, process diagrams, and user stories
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with distributed Development teams
  • Excellent analytical and documentation skills
  • English level – Advanced or higher

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fixed-price outsourcing projects (a strong advantage)
