About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Finance Digital SME to join our Financial Digital team, supporting FIT execution with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Finance, accounting harmonization, master data, reporting, rebates, and Integrated Network Finance dependencies. This role works directly with Finance, Digital, IT, and regional stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements, decisions, test scenarios, and validated outputs.
Responsibilities
- Define and document functional requirements for SAP FI, S/4HANA, and Finance integration topics
- Support process alignment across Vendor/Customer Master Data, P2P, O2C, R2R, Fixed Assets/Project Systems, Payments/Treasury, Rebates, accruals, supplier agreements, and financial reporting
- Prepare gap analysis between current Finance processes and the target S/4HANA setup
- Convert business discussions into process flows, business rules, exceptions, acceptance criteria, and clear follow-up actions
- Support harmonization of chart of accounts, account mapping, posting logic, master data attributes, reporting impact, and auditability requirements
- Clarify dependencies between FIT, SAP, local systems, interfaces, and Integrated Network Finance initiatives
- Support UAT preparation and execution through scenarios, test data, expected results, and issue clarification
- Validate functional outputs with Finance stakeholders and ensure alignment with accounting, reporting, and audit expectations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Finance SME within complex, multi-entity organizations
- Background in end-to-end Finance processes, financial accounting, and cross-entity accounting harmonization
- Knowledge of chart of accounts, account mapping, posting rules, accruals, settlements, and reporting impact
- Familiarity with the rebates lifecycle, supplier agreements, profitability visibility, and audit requirements
- Experience in integration, harmonization, or ERP transformation projects involving multiple entities
- Practical experience with SAP Finance, hands-on involvement in SAP S/4HANA projects, and understanding of SAP FI flows, ledger logic, subledger, financial documents, and reconciliation
- Expertise in writing functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Knowledge of interfaces between SAP and local/satellite systems
- Experience with data mapping, validation rules, testing scenarios, and UAT support

- Exposure to BW4HANA, MAP, or financial reporting tools
