Senior Business Analyst - French Language

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst fluent in French to serve as a bridge between French-speaking customers and our English-speaking team in Pune. The ideal candidate will facilitate clear communication, gather and translate business requirements, and guide the team to execute the customer's vision effectively.

Responsibilities

• Converse with French-speaking customers to understand and document business needs
• Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable documentation for the English-speaking team
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
• Act as a bridge between customers and the delivery team to ensure alignment on project vision
• Facilitate stakeholder management across both customer and internal teams
• Support the team in Pune to execute the customer's vision accurately
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and processes to drive project delivery
• Ensure consistent and accurate communication flow between French-speaking clients and internal teams

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in Business Analysis
• Proficiency in spoken French and English
• Expertise in requirement gathering, BRD, and FRD
• Skills in stakeholder management
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
