Senior Business Analyst (Healthcare Domain, Part-Time)

About the Position

Binariks is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong Healthtech experience to join our Solution Group as a healthcare domain expert supporting presales and discovery activities on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in presales processes, supporting solution design and client engagements
• Ensure that healthcare systems and processes align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Identify customer business needs and expectations and translate them into business drivers and effective technical solutions
• Plan, conduct, and facilitate discovery workshops
• Define, analyze, simplify, prioritize, and document business requirements
• Drive and coordinate discovery phase activities
• Provide healthcare domain expertise during solution shaping and project estimation

Requirements

• BA / Product Owner experience in HealthTech / digital health software products with 3+ years of experience
• Presales and/or discovery experience: solution scoping, estimation, proposals
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR R4/R5, HL7 v2), with hands-on integration experience with third-party EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, Meditech) or integration platforms (e.g., Redox, Mirth, Zus, Health Gorilla)
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance requirements, including HIPAA, GDPR, FDA regulations, and other relevant industry standards and frameworks
• Hands-on experience in 3+ HealthTech areas such as: EHR/EMR & practice management, patient engagement & portals, telehealth & virtual care, remote patient monitoring & connected devices, clinical decision support, revenue cycle / claims / eligibility / prior authorization, care coordination & population health, e-prescribing & medication management, LIMS & diagnostics, imaging (RIS/PACS), behavioral & mental health, digital therapeutics, SaMD / medical devices, AI in healthcare
• Ability to translate business needs into software and operational requirements
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and applying data visualization techniques and tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

Nice to Have

• Understanding of healthcare compliance: HIPAA, ePHI & de-identification, GDPR; ONC/Cures Act and EU EHDS awareness is a plus
• Healthcare-related certifications
• Experience with claims processing
