Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements

About the Position

Binariks is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong healthcare experience to join our Solution Group as a healthcare domain expert supporting presales and discovery activities on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in presales processes, supporting solution design and client engagements
  • Ensure that healthcare systems and processes align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Identify customer business needs and expectations and translate them into business drivers and effective technical solutions
  • Plan, conduct, and facilitate discovery workshops
  • Define, analyze, simplify, prioritize, and document business requirements
  • Drive and coordinate discovery phase activities
  • Provide healthcare domain expertise during solution shaping and project estimation

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • 3+ years of experience in the healthcare domain
  • Expertise in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance requirements, including HIPAA, GDPR, FDA regulations, and other relevant industry standards and frameworks
  • Hands-on experience in one or more healthcare areas such as EHR/EMR systems, healthcare interoperability, Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), patient engagement and patient-facing solutions, medical devices, radiology (RIS/PACS), clinical trials, post-market surveillance, elderly care, digital health, or healthcare and pharma technology platforms
  • Ability to translate business needs into software and operational requirements
  • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and applying data visualization techniques and tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

  • Experience with claims processing
  • Extensive hands-on experience supporting presales activities, including solution discovery, requirements elicitation, solution shaping, and proposal preparation
