About the Position

Binariks is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Business Analyst with insurance experience (part-time) to join our solution group.

Responsibilities

  • Leading pre-sales and discovery phases from a BA perspective
  • Taking a proactive role in engaging with potential clients during the pre-sales phase, understanding their needs, and showcasing the business analysis capabilities
  • Contributing to proposal development, providing insights into how the BA process can add value to the client's business objectives
  • Conducting workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and facilitate discussions that lead to a comprehensive understanding of business needs.
  • Analyzing the current state of the business processes within the insurance domain, identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement
  • Using various business analysis techniques to document and model the current state, such as process maps, data flow diagrams, and business process models
  • Enhancing Solution Group Expertise
  • Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the insurance landscape to continually enhance the expertise of the solution group
  • Sharing insights and knowledge with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and architects, to design solutions that address the identified business problems and align with the client's goals
  • Driving client and the team towards defining requirements and conceptual solutions
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration between stakeholders to define conceptual solutions that meet business objectives
  • Creating concise and clear documentation summarizing the results of business analysis activities
  • Presenting findings and proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a way that is understandable and aligned with business goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • 1+ year of experience in insurance domain
  • Solid expertise in the discovery stage of the project
  • Ability to translate business needs into software and operational requirements
  • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
