About the Position

We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst for our client, an international fintech company, based in Warszawa, Poland.

Responsibilities

Collecting, analyzing, and accepting requirements from project stakeholders and translating functionalities into technical requirements;
Working on projects within one or multiple business layers or across the entire platform;
Ensuring the appropriate level of technical project and documentation;
Ensuring the development of the application in the right direction to meet business expectations;

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role;
Experience in the financial sector (e.g., banking, transaction processing, financial operations, card payments);
Experience working on projects implemented using agile methodologies;
IT knowledge;
Experience working with the business, including at the management level;
Very good knowledge of English due to work in an English-speaking environment;
Openness to occasional business travel (up to 15% of working time);
