About the Position
Kyiv Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join our team, lead analytical projects, provide valuable insights to international clients, and participate in the implementation of comprehensive consulting projects!

- Competitor and adjacent market analysis in the senior services sector in the APAC region, identifying best practices for talent attraction and retention.
- Analysis of international expansion opportunities for a niche SaaS provider from Europe considering entry into the APAC, LATAM, and North American markets.
- Support for commercial due diligence for a large private conglomerate in the Middle East.
- Benchmarking analysis of professional services providers in the MEA region, identifying gaps in service portfolio and market positioning for one of the BDO member firms.
- Preparation of in-depth thought leadership reports for the natural resources and energy sector, including Oil & Gas, Mining, and Renewables, for BDO member firms worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Participate in consulting and research projects as a team or project leader.
- Communicate with clients to define project parameters, including scope of work, timelines, post-project communication, and other aspects.
- Collect and analyze information, form and test hypotheses, and develop and present findings to clients.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to uncover relevant insights.
- Prepare business presentations according to project needs, including Market Analysis, Industry Trend Reports, Competitive Analysis, Company Profiles, and Thought Leadership materials.
- Participate in problem-solving sessions and propose practical solutions.
- Conduct quality checks of research data, analytics, and final materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Contribute to company business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or related disciplines.
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, Big4, investment banking, venture capital, research organizations, think tanks, or similar analytical environments.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- English level – C1 or higher, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Strong analytical skills, research, and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- High level of communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Experience in project and/or team management.
