About the Position
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive. In this exciting role, you will be the key driver of growth, actively identifying new business opportunities and nurturing invaluable client relationships. Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities.
- Understand clients’ business objectives and recommend tailored solutions using the company’s products and services.
- Build strong relationships with clients and serve as their trusted business partner.
- Develop strategic digital marketing proposals in collaboration with internal teams, including Strategic Planning, Creative, and Operations.
- Lead client presentations, proposals, and pitching processes from end to end.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual monthly sales targets.
- Prepare insightful reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing campaign and business performance data.
- Present recommendations, performance updates, and strategic initiatives to clients.
- Manage multiple accounts independently while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within a digital agency environment.
- Strong network and established relationships with brand clients.
- Proven track record in pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Experience developing and presenting creative or digital marketing proposals is a strong advantage.
- Possess a solid sales pipeline and existing client portfolio.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated to succeed.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
