Senior Business Development Representative (German-Speaking)

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage with key decision-makers through outbound channels
• Conduct cold calls, send personalized cold emails, and initiate LinkedIn messaging sequences to spark interest and fuel our growth.
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and goals.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives and support BDR team members when needed.
• Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or higher
• 2-5 years of relevant Business Development or Sales Development experience
• Excellent command of the English and German languages, both spoken and written
• Strong outbound prospecting and cold outreach experience
• Clear, goal-oriented communication skills
• Initiative, multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
• High energy and positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and collaborative environment
