Senior Business Functional Analyst

About the Position

We're seeking a Senior Business Functional Analyst to join our top-tier investment bank, working with high-level financial instruments and developing new technology applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Business Functional Analyst in developing new technology applications in partnership with Business and Operations stakeholders.
• Participate as an active scrum team member working alongside our business and operations users, developers, architects & UI Developers.
• Understand current state business process, and challenges and work with business stakeholders and operations to define strategic solutions.
• Organize working groups and provide regular updates to stakeholders on delivery status and risks.
• Translate business needs: Create models, process flows, diagrams, presentations, and other documentation that support the target audience in understanding the business requirements.
• Attend scrum ceremonies as required and be involved in the Product Backlog refinement sessions for defining user stories with the team.
• Agree on test scenarios and conditions for signoff with stakeholders.
