We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Manager to act as a strategic business partner for our clients – driving account growth, building senior-level relationships, and identifying opportunities for long-term partnerships.

Salary: 90 – 110 PLN/h + VAT (B2B)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the business to drive account growth.
• Develop Account Growth Plans.
• Lead QBRs and turn client business needs into upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead strategic QBRs and business reviews.
• Understand clients’ business models, goals, and challenges and proactively bring relevant solutions.
• Manage contract extensions and negotiations.
• Partner with Delivery, Product, and Technology teams to turn client needs into opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Client Services, Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Business Development in technology.
• Strong experience with digital products, software, SaaS, or technology consulting.
• Proven track record of account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong commercial and business acumen, with a focus on ROI, revenue, and long-term value.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to turn client insights into actionable growth plans.
• Proficiency in English C1/C2.
• Financial literacy and confidence with budgets, forecasts, and Excel.
• Highly proactive, curious, and comfortable managing multiple strategic accounts.

• Background in strategic consulting, product strategy, or business development.
• International experience and strong cultural awareness.
