Are you a Russian-speaking digital marketing professional with experience in paid-search platforms and a strong technical background?

Join Aleph as a Senior Client Solutions Manager and play a pivotal role in driving campaign success for top brands. Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and expand relationships with Russian-speaking clients, understanding their business objectives and ensuring campaign success.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of advanced advertising strategies across paid-search and digital platforms, leveraging your expertise in media buying.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to maximize ROI.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams-sales, creative, and technical-to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Innovation & Market Knowledge: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity, bringing strategic ideas to enhance client performance.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Solutions, managing strategic client relationships.
  • Hands-on experience with paid-search platforms (Microsoft, Google, Amazon) and strong understanding of digital media buying.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in online advertising, analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital trends, markets, and advertising opportunities.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple complex projects.
  • Advanced Excel skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in Russian and English, both internally and externally.
  • Strong leadership, time management, and organizational abilities.

In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 37,120.

In addition to base salary, this role includes a significant performance-based variable component, paid quarterly. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
